Rental flow
Step1: Apply

When we reply to your application, we will discuss and inform you of the location, date and time where you can try on clothes near you.
*Try-on is free.

Step3: Try on the dress

Please come to the try-on space on the agreed date and time and try on the clothes.

Step4: Payment of rental fee
We will contact you with payment details.
Once we have confirmed your payment, we will proceed with the arrangements for shipping the dress.
*Payment can only be made by credit card or bank transfer.

Step5: Product delivery
We will ship to the designated location two days before the date of use.

Step6: Returning the product
We ask that you send your return by the morning of the next day of use.
Please use the cardboard box at the time of delivery.
Please note that if your return is delayed, you may be charged an extension fee.

Step7: Rental completed
Once the rental item has arrived at our office, we will send you an email informing you that the rental return has been accepted.
We will check the product (lost product, stains, scratches, damage, etc.), and if there are no problems, it will end.
