Some items are not eligible, such as wedding dresses, furniture, point exchange items (gifts), and special items.

◼︎ About product arrival time ◼︎
It will arrive at the receiving store in about a week from the order date.
Once your order is ready to be shipped to the store, we will send you an email titled "Your order is on its way to the store." Please check the details in the email.
* The time it takes to arrange shipment to the store and deliver it to the store varies depending on the order conditions.
We may not be able to deliver to the store within a week. Thank you for your understanding.
*During long holidays, it may take longer than usual for the product to arrive at the store, so it may not be possible to deliver the product to the store within a week. Thank you for your understanding.
◼︎ About product storage period ◼︎
When the ordered product arrives at the store, we will contact you by phone.
*Please note that there is no arrival notification by email.
We will keep it for 14 days after you call, so please pick it up by then.
If it is difficult to visit us within the storage period, please contact us using the inquiry form.
If you do not contact us and do not pick up the item within the specified period, the item will be returned to our customer center. If we need to resend the item, you will be charged an additional shipping fee. Please note that cancellations (refunds) are not possible.

・Cancellations, returns, and exchanges of products purchased at the online shop cannot be accepted at the receiving store. Sorry for the inconvenience, but please contact us from the inquiry form.

・Gift wrapping is not eligible.
・We cannot accept requests for pick-up dates.
・To collect your item, you will need your name and 12-digit order code, which are listed in the "Order Complete" email or the "Order is on its way to the store" email. Please present this email screen at the store register.
・Various novelty fairs, point events, and product prices apply at the time of order confirmation.
Even if the price fluctuates due to a sale, etc. at a later date, the event conditions and product price will be those at the time of order confirmation. Thank you for your understanding.
