I'm 149cm tall and have a poor upper body, so I bought S size. Even for me, whose upper body is always baggy in clothes, the bust of the dress felt tight. It's a bit difficult to zip up, but the back is elastic so it's easy once you put it on. Also, I wish the fabric was a little firmer. The design is absolutely cute! I bought pink size M. I bought a size S in the same color and material for fall and winter, but it seems to be smaller than that, so I recommend looking at the size chart or trying it on in a store.
