I bought the light blue one. It has a zipper on the back, but the neck is wide enough that you can wear it without opening the zipper. It's wide enough that your camisole or bra straps won't show, so you don't have to worry too much. The floral pattern is cute, so I think I'll be able to use it for a long time.
